My favorite death metal release, so far, this year.
In terms of pure death metal albums, Aborted's new release, The Necrotic Manifesto is my favorite death metal release of the year so far. It's just so damn heavy and catchy and everything I love about death metal in a sweet, heavy package. The band are streaming the release, courtesy of No Clean Singing – just hit play already:
