Why is French black metal always so good?
It's been five years since Merrimack released The Acausal Mass in 2012, though that gap was clearly spent sharpening the band's proverbial blades. Merrimack is back with Omegaphilia, and it's seven tracks of total obliteration that, for whatever reason, only the French can seem to achieve in black metal.
