I was recently turned on to Get The Shot by our own Michael Pemental's weekly column The Core Breakdown, and spent the majority of the day listening to those few tracks he had posted. Now I've got the privilege of streaming Get The Shot's new album Infinite Punishment, which is exactly as heavy and as pissed off as I'd hoped.
Seriously, Get The Shot sounds at times like an updated version of early Metallica meets modern thrash like Havok, though most importantly is that the band brings something unique to the table.
