Phil Anselmo loves to jam. Anybody who's seen a Metal Masters show can tell you that.
He did a whole lot of jamming at the Australian Soundwave shows over the weekend. His band Down invited Living Colour AND former Guns N Roses bassist Duff McKagan to come up and jam on their classic tune "Bury Me In Smoke" and it was really fun:
Down returned the favor coming up on stage during Living Colour's set to jam on some classic James Brown funk:
Phil wasn't done yet. He was watching Alice In Chains from the side of the stage (Phil is a huge AIC fan) and was invited up to jam on "Nutshell." Check it out:
These Soundwave shows have been incredibly eventful. It seems like a fun time for our Australian brothers and sister in metal.
