Chicago-based headbanger unit Starkill will be releasing its third album, Shadow Sleep, on November 4 via Prosthetic Records. Today, we have the pleasure of giving you the title track off that record! "Shadow Sleep" is a majestic beast that really drives hard toward a catchy chorus, and tosses about shreddy solos like they're nothing special (but they are). It's almost like more radio-friendly metal took a long dip in the waters of melodic death metal, and came out sounding and looking great.
Shadow Sleep was recorded and mixed at Electrowerks Studio with Chuck Macak (Fall of Troy, Oceano) and mastered by Troy Glessner (August Burns Red, Devin Townsend). You can pre-order the album here ahead of the release.
