Cory Brandan (Norma Jean), Ryan Leger (ex-Every Time I Die), and Chris LeMasters (ex-Dead and Divine) have teamed up to create a band that sounds pretty much nothing like any of the aforementioned bands and I'm simultaneously disappointed and extremely intrigued.
Disappointed because given the bands these dudes came from, I was stoked on getting some hardcore from Hundred Suns, but I'm glad because this is badass anyway. The band has a pretty cool downtrodden sort of rock thing going that's got a lot of neat melodies and riffs worth listening to after the song's over for the first time.
