Byzantine which is pronounced "BIZ-EN-TEEN" is a band which you should all become familiar with…why?…because they will be here a LONG time in our metal world. This song, "Jeremaid" is off of their release "…And They Shall Take Up Serpents". It's one of MANY impressive songs. I am not gonna compare them to any bands because they sound like Byzantine and no one else. Bow to the Appalachia Assault!!!

    This band does it well. They have real chops. More people need to know about Byzantine. They put Guitar tabs on their CD which I thought was cool even though I play drums.
