CAR BOMB's Track "Gratitude" Is A Mix Of Pick Scrapes And Soaring Cleans

Car Bomb has not lost its step in four years.

Car Bomb has not lost its step in four years.

Car Bomb's upcoming album Meta is likely to be a great mix of skull-crushing riffs and more math than you've done since high school. The next track in line that's led me to believe that is the band's new one, "Gratitude." It kicks off at high speeds, devolves into some nasty pick scrape riffs, and has a lot of contrasting, effective clean vocals.

If you haven't already heard, both Joe Duplantier of Gojira and Frank Mullen of Suffocation will guest on Meta. Oh, and Duplantier produced and recorded the album! Pre-order Meta here before its October 28 release date, especially considering Car Bomb is a pretty DIY band that deserves your support!
