Brownout are an funky band based out of Texas, but you're not here to read about funk, right? Right! You're here to read about Brown Sabbath! Well, Brown Sabbath is a concoction of Brownout, who decided to cover Black Sabbath's "Hand of Doom" in their funky style. The results are actually ridiculously awesome. Who knew this could work so well?! So I publicly beg- Brownout, if you read this, know that your cover was really catchy and we would all appreciate a full album. Not just this and a funkified "The Wizard" on vinyl out May 13.
