- Posted by RobInjection on July 22, 2011
The weekend is here! Why not get it started right with some new tunes?
Trivium released two different new tracks today, and I feel if you dig them you will like their upcoming album, In Waves, and if not, this album may not be for you. So here is "Black":
And here is "Built To Fall":
iwrestledabearonce's Ruining It For Everybody comes out next Tuesday and the band have one final preview track up for you enjoyment, the hilariously titled "Deodorant Can’t Fix Ugly." Check that out right here
Finally, check out this awesome of Norma Jean inviting former vocalist (and current frontman of The Chariot) Josh Scogin up on stage to perform their classic track, "Memphis Will Be Laid To Waste", which Scogin originally recorded with the band. There need to be more shows like this:

im probly gonna get shit on for saying this by alot of people, but the new iwabo really doesnt sound bad, theres some interesting unusual things going on in the new 2 or 3 songs ive heard. definetly more of a purpose to the music and coherent than their first output
I'm with you. I really liked the idea of their music, but I felt the songwriting just didn't live up to their potential. The new shit sounds way more interesting; I'm excited to give the whole record a spin.
ya the first one seemed like every song was a bunch of random ideas just kindof thrown together but the new songs segway alot better to the next part. hopefully its a good album because they have alot alot alot of potential to completely blow people away
"Black" is definitely Trivium's "Fuel".
OH look three bands i couldn't give a shit less about.. Although i agree with you guys. IWABO is getting better.
