First Photo of METALLICA's James Hetfield On Set with Zac Efron For The Ted Bundy Biopic Surfaces
Things are moving fast with James Hetfield's new acting gig. Yesterday, we reported the Metallica frontman will star opposite Zac Efron in the upcoming biopic on serial killer Ted Bundy, titled Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile, which is currently in production.
Hetfield is once again working with Joe Berlinger, who is not only directing the Bundy biopic, but co-directed Metallica's 2004 documentary Some Kind of Monster. Hetfield has been cast to play Officer Bob Hayward, the Utah highway patrol officer who first arrested Ted Bundy in 1975. Hetfield was on set shooting last week, and today, Berlinger revealed a photo from set with a caption that read "Having one of my musical heroes in our film is pretty damn awesome."

It's interesting to see James playing the role of a cop, with his hair all tidy and clean shaven. He bares a striking resemblece to the actual Bob Hayward once he has the outfit on.
