We've profiled crazy Slayer fans and terrible tattoos, including the worst Slayer tattoo ever. Then again, we've also found a very attractive young lady with a Slayer tattoo but this tattoo absolutely takes the cake.
Heavy Dicks co-host Jake Boyle found the above tattoo during Maryland Deathfest a few weeks ago. While we're not sure who's back is featured, that person surly is committed to the one of founding groups of thrash metal. Here is the original photo, found on the back of a reissue of Reign In Blood:
