Wes Boreland made headlines recently after a sarcastic post took on a life of its own, even though Boreland made it clear he was mostly joking. But now, Boreland has some offtime and decided to illustrate a pretty humorous series of drawings on the life of the Avenged Sevenfold deat hbat. The death bat is the official "mascot" of Avenged Sevenfold. Here's what it looks like to the uninitiated:

I have to say, I'm impressed with Boreland's illustrating abilities. I'm surprised he never tried his hand at a comic or anything.
