What is with Boston and metal? First, they ban moshing. Now, this? A story popped up on Nefarious Realm that made me laugh a little on the inside. Mike "Hräsvelg" Eleftheratos, the vocalist for Nachzehrer, brought a Boston subway train to a screeching halt earlier this week after someone called the cops when he tried to put on his bullet belt. At first I thought the belt would look like the fake ones at Hot Topic, but, if you look at the picture, you'll see that his belt really looks like it is made out of fucking bullets. The police came and searched Eleftheratos before service was resumed on the train. He commented:
“I pulled my bullet belt out of my camo backpack and put it on at Downtown Crossing… Somebody apparently freaked and called the cops. They suspended service and searched me. The cops apologized and thought it was hilarious.”
