I literally thought this was going to be about black people in metal hahaha.
Try and talk about Thorns because I don't know how these guys got big without released any studio albums until much later in their career. I mean they had a split with Emperor before they even made their first LP they just did Demos before that.
Also try and figure out why people like Taake?
Oh so you asked for our favorite Black Metal bands? Well I bet there would be many others who would say this but Immortal.
"At the Heart of Winter" has got to be the best Black Metal album IMO.
Belphegor is my new favorite Black Metal band. I'm looking forward to seeing them play with Sepultura in May.
I'd definitely like to see stuff about Agalloch! And Alcest, too. \m/ \m/

1349, how they were to bring back the true Norwegian Black Metal sound.
Wolves In The Throne Room, with their eco-femmy points of view.
Early Opeth is considered Black Metal by some.
Zyklon-B being a super group before anyone knew who they were.
Abruptum and being influencial stamp to some greats.
The genre Shoegaze that no one seems to talk about (bands like Alcest and Amesoeurs).
Just add a bunch of shit that we havn't already seen in documentaries.
