It seems as though Tim Lambesis might be getting out of jail for the time being. The San Diego District Attorney’s Office has granted Tim Lambesis a new bail hearing tomorrow, May 17th. Lambesis had plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder after attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife.
