Tim Lambesis isn't going anywhere. At the conclusion of the As I Lay Dying frontman's bail hearing earlier today, the judge lowered his bail to $2 million, which Lambesis' attorney claims is still too expensive for Lambesis. Lambesis had plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder after attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife.

The San Diego District Attorney’s Office has granted Tim Lambesis a new bail hearing tomorrow, May 17th. Lambesis had plead not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder after attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife.

As I Lay Dying's Tim Lambesis was arrested earlier this week after allegedly attempting to hire a hitman to murder his estranged wife. The arraignment was earlier this afternoon, May 9th and according about UT San Diego pleaded not guilty to one count of solicitation of murder at his arraignment in Vista Superior Court.
